1. EB1 is current for all countries
2. EB2 is current for all countries except for India and China.  EB2 cutoff date for India and China have advanced to 01 October 2003 from January 1, 2000.

2. EB2 is current for all countries except for India and China. Unfortunately, EB2 cutoff date for India has retrogressed to 01 January 2000. However, EB2 cutoff date for China has remained the same ( February 15, 2005 ).
