Summary of Visa Bulletin Relevant to EB1A and NIW
- EB1 is current for all countries
- EB2 is current for all countries except for India and China. Unfortunately, EB2 cutoff date for India has retrogressed to 01 January 2000. However, EB2 cutoff date for China has remained the same ( February 15, 2005 ).

EB-1 is current anyways….I think EB2-/3 should be a part of the stimulus package. I am sure there are a ton of EB-2/3 qualified Indians with cash in the bank - who are not buying homes and other big ticket items just for lack of stability. Open those gates and the country can see a lot of qualified tax paying big ticket spenders to help the economy quickly!
